Our guests were over the moon with the venue - every person we spoke with commented on how gorgeous and well laid out it was. If you’re looking for the West Michigan wedding venue of your dreams - look no further!
Bride Review:
I cannot stop talking about my wedding, the venue, and how incredible Jeff and Jean are. It was the wedding of my dreams and The Lake House was nothing short of perfect. We loved that they brought in local beers and wines. They recommended many local restaurants and bars to recommend to our guests, as well as a location for our welcome party. Our guests also spoke very highly of the venue. We got so many compliments it was unreal. All in all, I could not have asked for a better venue to get married at. I cannot recommend The Lake House enough!
Bride Review:
After we toured it we knew it was the one. The owners Jean and Jeff are so wonderful and were amazing to work with. Jeff even stepped in as DJ for our ceremony and cocktail hour when ours was able to make it on time. Because of the weather we chose to do our ceremony inside and while it wasn’t what we had planned it still turned out absolutely beautiful! We could not recommend The Lake House enough. It was built and designed so intentionally and our guests couldn’t say enough great things about it either. If you are looking for a beautiful venue on Lake Michigan look no further!

Whoa. Our son just got married here on July 22d and everything was perfect
The venue is spectacular, the views are amazing, but even better than that are the people. Jeff and Jean and their crew really know how to throw a party. The bartenders, the servers, even the folks cleaning up the spilled drinks; they all made us feel like this was our own big home for the night. Thank you to The Lake House!

What a beautiful, beautiful venue for a wedding! We couldn’t be happier w what a great evening we had! Jeff was there the entire time and was so kind w being sure all was going well, that we were happy and he treated the workers w respect. They are all very efficient! The food was great, we danced all night, there were many people enjoying the outside as well with views of the channel, we watched the Badger come in which everyone thought was cool! We used the fire pit, we played cornhole and just had a blast!! We strongly suggest this venue! Classy, clean, accommodating to the “ nth” degree! Thank you Jeff and Jean for a wonderful memory we will all have forever!!!

Oh. My. Goodness. The Lake House... We cannot even count the amount of guests who came up to us and told us this was the most amazing venue they have ever been to. We agreed obviously. As soon as we saw The Lake House we needed to look no further. There is no question about the perfection of the venue, but what really made the venue so wonderful were Jean and Jeff the owners. Their communication, execution, service, organization and so much more was so wonderful to experience. They make everything easy and even more beautiful than we knew it could be. I am so grateful for them and their venue because no one is doing it on Lake Michigan like they are (trust me we looked). If you want the most perfect venue, on the water, indoor/outdoor, flawless sunset view, worry-free organization and implementation, bartenders that just get it, butterflies in your stomach kind of venue, look no further. They do everything right.

PERFECTION is the only way to describe the wedding of my daughter to her new husband at The Lake House. Jeff and Jean were amazing throughout the whole process and wonderful to work with it. I appreciated the level of communication and willingness to meet when needed. Jeff and Jean thank you so much for being part of their day and making it so special.
