PRICING
We have a number of different pricing structures based on day and season. Currently we have a few Saturdays available in 2020 and beginning to book for 2021. We offer reduced pricing for Friday, Sunday and weekday events. Please give us a call, text or email. We will be glad to provide additional information. The Lake House includes the following:

Twenty-one custom made 9' long farm tables, six 72" round tables and 3 cocktail tables

Vintage wood chairs for outdoor ceremony and reception

Bridal suite with private bathroom

Outdoor PA system with wireless mic and ability to add music sources

Custom table and chair layout with setup

27 Speakers throughout the venue which can include outside music sources

Four monitors including two 75" monitors can be used for no additional charge

Wireless mic for indoors

Access to venue as early as 9am

Three custom bars with 2 custom whiskey barrel kegerator.
